Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and innovative UI/UX Developer with hands-on experience in Temenos UXP and Cordova plugin development.

In this role, you will be responsible for building responsive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile banking applications, integrating native mobile capabilities via Cordova plugins, and delivering high-quality user experiences across platforms.

Role & responsibilities

Develop, customize, and maintain applications using Temenos UXP framework.

Design and implement intuitive, responsive UI/UX for web and hybrid mobile applications.

Integrate and manage Cordova plugins for native device functionalities (camera, biometric auth, file system, etc.).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA, and business analysts.

Troubleshoot and optimize existing UXP modules and Cordova integrations.

Ensure cross-platform compatibility and performance optimization.

Stay updated with the latest trends in hybrid app development and UI/UX design.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in UI/UX development for web and mobile platforms.
  • Strong experience with Temenos UXP development.
  • Proficient in Cordova plugin development and integration.
  • Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
  • Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git).
  • Familiarity with debugging tools and performance tuning.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience in banking or financial services domain.
  • Familiarity with mobile platforms (Android/iOS) and device testing.
  • Understanding of mobile security best practices.
