Role - Tele Sales Officer

Location - Sector 58, (Gurgaon/Gurugram)

Salary - (3 Lacs - 4 Lacs) + Attractive incentives on top of fixed pay

What You'll Do

  • Drive insurance sales (Health & Life) through telecalling with a strong lead base.
  • Engage with customers to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Handle customer queries with empathy and ensure a seamless sales closure.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while building long-term client relationships.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and collaborate with the team to ensure business success.

What Were Looking For

  • 1 to 4 years of experience in insurance sales (life, health, or general) or with digital insurance aggregators.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Fluency in English (regional languages are a plus).
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive sales professionals.
  • IRDAI certification preferred (not mandatory).
