Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Content Strategist & Creation at ALIV. The Content Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing content strategies, managing content creation, and writing web content. The role involves creating engaging and informative content to promote the center's services and therapies to its target audience.
Content Strategist + Creator
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Strategy Development
• Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy to promote ALIV’s therapies and wellness services, aligning with our brand vision and target audience needs.
2. Content Creation
• Write, design, and produce various forms of content, including blog posts, articles, social media posts, website content, email campaigns, and more.
3. Editing and Quality Control
• Review, edit, and ensure all content is scientifically accurate, on-brand, and free from errors, maintaining a consistent tone across all platforms.
4. Cross-Platform Coordination
• Oversee and manage content distribution across digital channels (website, social media, email, etc.), ensuring a unified messaging strategy.
5. SEO & Data-Driven Insights
• Optimize content for search engines using SEO best practices, and regularly review content performance through analytics to adjust strategies for better engagement.
6. Collaborative Teamwork
• Work closely with the marketing, creative, and medical teams to ensure content is aligned with brand goals and communicates complex medical concepts in a simple, engaging way.
7. Content Calendar Management
• Plan and maintain a detailed editorial calendar to ensure timely and consistent content production and distribution.
8. Innovative Content Approaches
• Stay informed on industry trends, content marketing best practices, and wellness industry innovations to continually improve and innovate ALIV’s content output.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in content strategy, creation, and editing, ideally in the healthcare or wellness sector.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a knack for making complex topics accessible to the general public.
• Proficiency in SEO, content management systems (CMS), and performance analytics tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
