Job Description for Inside Sales Representative :

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome customers visiting the showroom.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable laptops, accessories, and related products.
  • Explain product features, specifications, and warranty details clearly.
  • Demonstrate product usage when required.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets assigned by the showroom.
  • Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals and offers.
  • Assist in showroom display, stock arrangement, and cleanliness.
  • Handle basic queries on EMI, exchange, and billing process.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers through follow-ups.

Key Skills Required:

  • Any degree with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of computers, laptops, and gadgets (training will be provided).
  • Confidence in handling walk-in customers.
  • Ability to learn quickly and explain technical details in a simple way.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with customer service approach.
  • Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to work in retail timings.
