
Solar Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Solar Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, educating them about solar energy solutions, and closing sales to help expand our market presence. If you're passionate about sustainability and have a knack for persuasive communication, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, digital outreach, and networking
• Conduct site assessments and explain solar solutions tailored to customer needs
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with residential and commercial clients
• Maintain strong relationships with customers post-sale for referrals and upselling
• Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings
• Collaborate with installation and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in solar, energy, or construction industries
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them clearly to customers
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with basic computer skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
• Excellent communication skills in English, Tamil
• Must own a two wheeler and possess a valid driver's license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
