Job Description Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets within the Kolkata cluster. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives, ensuring performance accountability and continuous development. Identify new business opportunities, expand client portfolios, and strengthen relationships with key enterprise and mid-market clients. Conduct regular market analysis to monitor competitive landscape, customer needs, and emerging trends in the administration services sector. Oversee end-to-end sales cycles, including lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales initiatives with brand positioning and service delivery capabilities. Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards for senior leadership review. Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and ethical business standards across all activities. Implement customer feedback mechanisms to improve service delivery and client retention. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. 2–5 years of progressive experience in sales management, preferably within administration, business process outsourcing (BPO), or professional services. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and leading high-performing sales teams. Strong understanding of sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a client-centric mindset. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. In-depth knowledge of the Kolkata business ecosystem and regional market dynamics. Willingness to travel within the city and surrounding areas as required Requirements We are specifically looking for someone who has worked in Beauty / Personal Care / FMCG and has led NPD + Category Strategy at scale.
