Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical individual to join our team as a Business Transformation Analyst. As a fresher in this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving organizational change and improvement initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include analysing business processes, identifying areas for enhancement, and developing strategies to facilitate transformational change.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyse existing business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, assess business needs, and develop transformational strategies.
Utilize strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights for process optimization.
Communicate findings and recommendations effectively through presentations and reports to stakeholders at various levels.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise during the transformation process.
Actively participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions to support change management initiatives.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to business transformation and process improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MBA preferred.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and concisely.
Proven troubleshooting acumen and the ability to address challenges in a dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
Internship or relevant work experience in business analysis, consulting, or related field.
Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.
Understand the core concept of Agile Methodology.
