1.Supplier Relationship Management:

•Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers.

•Identify and onboard new suppliers to expand the product range and improve quality and cost competitiveness.

•Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure favorable pricing, timely delivery, and adherence to quality standards.

2.Product Sourcing Strategy:

•Develop and execute a comprehensive sourcing strategy and SOP’s aligned with the company's overall business objectives.

•Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, materials, and production techniques.

•Identify and evaluate potential sourcing regions (pan India and internationally) to optimize cost, quality, and lead times.

3.Quality Assurance and Compliance:

•Establish and enforce rigorous quality control standards throughout the sourcing process.

•Collaborate with suppliers to implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.

•Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, ethical sourcing standards, and sustainability initiatives.

•Work with internal and external partners for garment fit standardization and improvement. Continues fit updation to enhance sales and minimize returns.

4.Cost Management and Budgeting:

•Develop and manage the sourcing budget, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality.

•Identify opportunities for cost savings through strategic sourcing, negotiation, and supplier consolidation.

•Monitor and analyze key cost drivers, such as raw material prices, labor costs, and transportation expenses.

5.Supply Chain Optimization:

•Optimize the end-to-end supply chain to minimize lead times and improve inventory management.

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, production, and merchandising, to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.

•Proactively identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure continuity of product availability.

6.Team Leadership and Development:

•Lead and inspire a team of sourcing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.

•Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the sourcing team.

•Identify training and development needs to enhance the skills and capabilities of team members.

7.Performance Measurement and Reporting:

•Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and evaluate sourcing performance.

•Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate sourcing metrics, trends, and insights to senior management.

•Continuously monitor KPIs to identify areas for improvement and drive actionable recommendations.

 8. Data Sensitivity

• All information regarding the styles sampled or ordered is the property of TCW , all files /information will be uploaded on the cloud.

 9. Collaboration and seamlessness

• Collaborating with internal and external partners to plan and execute new products development and bulk order delivery.

•

Performance Indicators:

•Percentage of cost savings achieved through strategic sourcing initiatives.

•Supplier performance ratings based on criteria such as quality, reliability, and responsiveness.

•On-time delivery rate and lead time reduction achieved.

•Compliance audit results and corrective action implementation.

•Employee engagement and retention within the sourcing team.

•Achievement of sourcing budget, and company ebitda.
