Back Stack Solution Engineer

Job Description :
As an Expert Back stack Solution Engineer, your mission will be to develop and deploy the technical and functional specifications from the Solution Designers / Business Architects / Business Analysts, guaranteeing the correct operability and the compliance with the internal quality levels. Initially, you will be focus in Smart Contract development for Lending area, therefore a base business knowledge (Loan, RPA,.) is a key start point.
We need somebody like you to help us in different fronts :
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop the required specifications, through the delivery of services and technical Backend components required for its operation with a view of your own development and its integration with other teams and systems.
- You will document your solutions in the Group Santander tools : JIRA, Confluence, ALM
- Ensure the code quality required by Santander standards.
- Participate in all aspects of Development lifecycle.
- Work with QA and Business Analysts to analyse issues and creating solutions.
- Understand product business requirements and review user stories, to detect and remove defects early in the product development life cycle.
- Participate in Agile development processes including communicating ideas, questions, and concerns openly with the team.
- Participate in relevant agile events: planning and estimation, daily stand ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Working collaboratively with product owners, business analysts, developers, and testers to ensure quality is built into our applications as new features and technologies are introduced.
Key Requirements :
Mandatory :
- Experience developing under TypeScript.(JavaScript could be evaluable)
- Experience in programming backend applications, ideally on Agile
- Experience in API management and development under Graphql technology.
- Knowledge of financial products.
- Mainly Banking product (Loan, RPA, )
- Experience developing under Java Spring boot technology.
- Java version 17 (11 minimum required)
- Experience working in event driver architecture.
- Good communication skills in both verbal and written.
- English mandatory, Spanish nice to have.
- Must have a pro-active, positive, open, and collaborative approach to work with others in the team
Advantageous :
- Experience managing cloud computer services (Openshift, Kubernetes.)
- Experience in Github, Jenkins and Urbancode in a continuous integrating workflow
- Experience in DDBB query development (Oracle)
- Educational Qualifications : Bachelor's/Master's
