We’re a Great Place to Work Certified organization that celebrates diversity, inclusion, and shared purpose.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Manage accounts receivable for E-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, etc.).- Handle payment follow-ups with E-commerce partners to ensure timely collections.- Perform item-wise reconciliation of sales, returns, commissions, discounts, and deductions.- Identify and discuss discrepancies found during reconciliations with internal teams and external stakeholders for quick resolution.- Accurately post Sales, Receipts, Credit Notes (CN), and Debit Notes (DN) in Tally/ERP.- Monitor receivables ageing and highlight overdue cases for timely escalation.- Support monthly closure activities and ensure accuracy in revenue recognition and reporting.QUALIFICATIONS:- Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field.- 3–6 years of relevant experience, preferably in the FMCG sector.- Proven experience handling Accounts Receivable for E-commerce channels.- Proficiency in Tally ERP (knowledge of SAP/Oracle is a plus).- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with attention to detail.- Effective communication and negotiation skills for payment follow-ups and issue resolution.WHAT WILL YOU GET?- Opportunity to grow in a fast-paced new-age FMCG startup.- Exposure to multi-channel business operations and E-commerce finance.- Mentorship from experienced finance professionals and business leaders.- A collaborative, people-first culture where your ideas are valued.STARTING DATE: Position open immediatelyLOCATION: Gurgaon
