Business Analyst – Supersourcing R&D Labs Location: Indore HQ Experience: 2-4 Years Who We Are Supersourcing R&D Labs is a Dev Studio that builds world-class technology products for some of the best startup founders across the world . We work with YCombinator startups, Fortune 500 companies, and industry leaders like Razorpay, Swiggy, Adani, Gojek, and Apollo Hospitals. This role is for someone who loves working with data, uncovering insights, and helping teams make smart business decisions . You will work closely with founders, product managers, and growth teams to analyze trends, improve decision-making, and guide product strategy. What You’ll Do Analyze startup trends, market gaps, and business opportunities Turn raw data into actionable insights to improve business and product decisions Research and benchmark competitors to understand industry trends Create reports and presentations that help teams make data-driven decisions Work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to identify growth opportunities Who Should Apply? You love working with numbers, trends, and business data You can break down complex data into simple, actionable insights You are curious, analytical, and comfortable working with ambiguity You enjoy working closely with startups and high-growth teams Who Should NOT Apply?
