Role Overview:We are seeking a
Business Analyst
(BA)
with 2–4 years of experience to join our Indore office. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data analysis, problem-solving, and delivering actionable insights to support decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:1. Data Analysis & Insights:Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights to supportbusiness decisions.Prepare detailed reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
2. Requirements Gathering:Collaborate with teams to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.Document and maintain business processes, systems, and workflows.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration:Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals.Communicate analysis results effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
4. Process Improvement:Identify areas of improvement within business operations and recommend solutions.Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
5. Market Research:Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic planning.
Key Requirements:1. Educational Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Skills & Experience:2–4years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and visualization tools(e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).Basic understanding of SQL and databases is a plus.
3. Soft Skills:Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
