What Youll Be Doing Visit and pitch Papa Bear products to doctors, pediatricians, and dermatologists across Ahmedabad and nearby cities Build strong relationships with clinics, hospitals, and distributors Ensure regular follow-ups, order placement, and product trials Track your sales pipeline, report activity, and work towards monthly targets Be the face of Papa Bear in your region creating visibility and trust Who Were Looking For 1 to 5 years of experience in healthcare/pharma/derma sales Must have a good network of doctors, pediatricians, or dermatologists in and around Ahmedabad Comfortable with fieldwork, local travel, and daily doctor meetings Energetic, trustworthy, and eager to grow with a purpose-led brand Basic English + strong local language communication (Gujarati/Hindi) What You Get Fixed Salary: 15,000 35,000/month (based on experience) Incentives for closures and doctor activations Travel allowance + product training The chance to work with a brand that actually cares about quality and reputation
