Responsibilities
> Preparation of Financial Plans/forecasts and scenario plans
> Management Reporting for decision support
> Assistance in preparation of Budgets, Cashflow Forecasts and Management
> Pricing Support, Channel/Revenue Stream/Customer profitability analysis & Dashboards
> Monthly Book Closing activities for various clients
> Liaoning with Tax Advisors, Auditors for year-end audit activities.
> Stakeholder Management
> Handling Team of Accountants
> Financial Modelling, Pitch Book preparation
> Financial due diligence, Data room assistance
> Business valuation
> Working knowledge of Tally, QuickBooks Online and Zoho is preferred
> Good knowledge of MS office particularly Excel, power point and Word is must.
> Knowledge of BI tools like power BI will be added advantage
Qualifications
Chartered Accountant with 4-5 years’ experience or MBA finance with 6-8 years of post-qualification experience in global corporate FP&A role with a solid understanding of business processes and working with senior stakeholders. Any certification in data analysis would be desirable.
• Previous experience in building the FP&A function from scratch would be a great advantage.
• Strong knowledge of planning and performance processes, including annual budget, monthly forecast and periodic business reviews.
• Highly motivated to achieve excellence through creative problem-solving, prioritization, and execution.
• Excellent communicator, demonstrating integrity, courage, transparency, and the ability to build trust, while adhering to strict deadlines with a great sense of humour.
• Good understanding of accounting and financial Operations functions.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to summarize complicated analyses for key decision-makers.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and employee information.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and across multiple domestic/ international time zones, empathy for the team and stakeholders
• Prior SaaS Industry experience preferred
• Unwavering ethical standards and operates with integrity.
