HR IT Recruiter Fresher

Requirements Utilize job portals social media networking and other channels to source potential candidates.
Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
Conduct interviews (telephonic and inperson) to assess applicant skills and cultural fit.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications.
Assist in organizing company career events and job fairs.
Maintain candidate databases and ensure all recruitment activities are properly documented.
Plan interview and selection procedures including screening calls assessments and inperson interviews.
Assess candidate information including resumes and contact details using our Applicant Tracking System
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position s requirements.
Lead employer branding initiatives.
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
Foster longterm relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
