RESPONSIBILITIES:The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR practices and processes. This includes recruitment employee relations performance management and compliance with labor laws.
The role will include the following :
Manage the recruitment process including job postings screening interviewing and hiring of staffConduct orientation sessions and onboarding processes for new hiresAddress employee queries and manage employee relations issuesEnsure compliance with labor laws and company policiesMaintain employee records and ensure they are uptodate and confidentialManage payroll benefits and compensation administrationImplement and manage performance appraisal systemsDevelop and implement HR policies and proceduresParticipate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:
Up to 2 years in similar role in a midsize organizationTech savvy with excellent computer skills (Advanced Microsoft Office etc ) Experience in driving internal audits MIS report HR Analytics.Excellent communication skills in English Hindi & GujaratiProficiency in collaboration and delegation of dutiesStrong organizational and problemsolving skills with impeccable multitasking abilitiesFriendly and professional demeanorAbility to communicate clearly and focus on results; positive and professional disposition in every situation
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:MBAHR graduate with at least up to 2 years of experience especially in recruitments
