We are hiring skilled and detail-oriented Accountants with expertise in Zoho Books for role Accounts Executive. Candidates must have prior experience working in a CA firm or a professional bookkeeping/accounting firm.

Strong working knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, PT, PF, ESI compliance is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily books of accounts in Zoho Books / Tally.
  • Verify and record vendor bills and expenses.
  • Handle bank payment vouchers, cheques, and reconciliations.
  • Book journal entries and maintain ledgers.
  • Reconcile accounts payable, receivable, and statutory remittances.
  • File GST, PT, and TDS returns and assist with statutory filings.
  • Reconcile 26AS statement and issue TDS certificates.
  • Maintain Fixed Asset register and support compliance tasks.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: B.Com / CA Inter
  • Experience: 2–5 years
  • Background: CA firm or professional bookkeeping firm – mandatory
  • Knowledge of GST, TDS, PT, PF, ESI compliance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300, ₹350,000.00 per year
