Job Description:

  • Must have 5+ years' experience as a CRM Consultant (preferred background: Salesforce, MS Dynamics, or ServiceNow CRM).
  • Minimum 2+ years' CPQ project experience.
  • Strong experience in configuring:
  • Product catalog
  • SKUs, bundling, product relationships
  • Pricing, price lists, and CPQ business rules
  • Proficient in creating user stories, design documents, FDD, and other project documentation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document CRM requirements.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify customer behavior and trends.
  • Provide training and support to CRM users across departments.
