In this pivotal role, you will leverage your deep expertise in CRM platforms and Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) solutions to design, implement, and optimize our customer relationship management processes.Role : Senior CRM & CPQ ConsultantLocation: Baner, Pune (On-site)Experience: 5+ Years (Immediate joiner only)Employment Type: Full TimeJob Description:- Must have 5+ years’ experience as a CRM Consultant (preferred background: Salesforce, MS Dynamics, or ServiceNow CRM).- Minimum 2+ years’ CPQ project experience.- Strong experience in configuring:- Product catalog- SKUs, bundling, product relationships- Pricing, price lists, and CPQ business rules- Proficient in creating user stories, design documents, FDD, and other project documentation.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document CRM requirements.- Conduct data analysis to identify customer behavior and trends.- Provide training and support to CRM users across departments.
