Accounts Staff: Job Opening

We are a leading manufacturer of wooden fancy lights, and we are seeking an experienced Accounts Staff member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our financial records, ensuring all accounting processes are accurate and timely.

Key Responsibilities:

GST Filing: Handle all aspects of Goods and Services Tax (GST) filing and compliance.

Administration: Manage general administrative duties related to the accounts department.

Payroll: Process employee payroll accurately and on time, including managing salaries and deductions.

Accounting: Maintain ledgers, prepare financial statements, and ensure all accounts are up-to-date and reconciled.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a similar accounting role.

Strong knowledge of GST regulations and filing procedures.

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
