Job DescriptionHospitality Spotlight is looking for a Hotel Director of Revenue Strategy for a client in northern California.

The Work:

Provide leadership in the areas of Revenue Management (including distribution, revenue optimization, digital marketing, reservations, analysis, evaluation +)

Identify new revenue opportunities and develop and deploy new strategies

Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting

Optimize and expand distribution partnerships

Challenge and influence hotel to improve service level and operational standards.

Build and maintain strong working relationships

Travel as needed

Hybrid work opportunity

What you’ve already done (requirements):

5 to 7 years of experience implementing revenue management operations, procedures and best practices within a hotel environment

Developed and deployed new strategies

Experience repositioning a hotelMaintain knowledge of current economic conditions within the hospitality industry

Experience with property revenue management with a focus on group, transient, and corporate

Worked with luxury/upscale hotels

Bachelor’s degree

Must possess a track record of successful leadership

Developed interpersonal, adaptive influencing and supervisory management skills

Knowledge of online hotel reservation systems and revenue management systems +

Additional duties as required by role
