Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Understand salesforce architectural requirements and should be able to develop technical solution based on functional requirements.
  • Responsible for application design, solution and development using Salesforce stack.
  • Experience in designing custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflow, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, Visualforce pages, dashboards, and email generation and develop lightning component according to application requirements.
  • Design and build high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex code with best practice.
  • Understanding of Salesforce offerings to position them in relevant solution design.
  • Interacting and presenting the solution walkthrough to all the stake holders
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams / vendors/ partners to develop appropriate customer experience.
  • Perform code reviews and debug source code to help team members deliver superior quality code.
  • Contribute towards technical documentation & building prototypes.
  • Support and train new team members on the salesforce application.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years in Salesforce
  • Successfully executed at least 2 Salesforce projects in agile mode end to end in a technical lead capacity.
  • Firsthand technical experience in LWC, AURA, APEX.
  • Direct experience in Integrations using REST / SOAP / Bulk API etc.
  • Valuable experience using SFDX tools for development and deployment.
  • Should be proficient in Salesforce lightning platform and community.
  • Should be proficient in Sales, Service and Marketing cloud.
  • Excellent communication skills
