  • Design scalable and efficient Salesforce architecture solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  1. Project Management:

  • Oversee multiple Salesforce projects simultaneously, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Ensure successful delivery of projects within scope, on time, and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and user guides.
  1. Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, administrators, and analysts.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, encouraging continuous learning and professional development.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  1. Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud Expertise:

  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of Salesforce CPQ to design and implement pricing, quoting, and product configuration solutions.
  • Drive the adoption and optimization of Sales Cloud to enhance sales processes and customer relationship management.
  • Implement Service Cloud solutions to improve customer service operations and support.
  • Develop and deploy Experience Cloud solutions to create engaging customer and partner portals.
  1. Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and provide strategic guidance.
  • Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively, ensuring alignment and understanding.
  • Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates on project progress, risks, and issues.
  1. Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to maximize the value of Salesforce investments.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and lessons learned sessions to continuously improve project delivery processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale Salesforce implementations and transformations.
  • Expertise in Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce development and integration best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
