Job Title: Salesforce Solution Architect

Milestone Technologies, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and secure Salesforce solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research into clients' use of Salesforce and produce reports with recommended steps and roadmaps for Salesforce solutions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and customers to create prototypes and proofs of concept to elicit and define requirements.
  • Review solutions and recommend improvements.
  • Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog in liaison with stakeholders.
  • Owning the design of Salesforce and affiliated solutions for Sales, Service, and platform solutions.
  • Acting as a release manager, approving configuration and coded items to be deployed between environments.
  • Providing guidance on user story writing style and ensuring success and acceptance criteria are defined for each story.
  • Describing and illustrating designs with justifications and ensuring documentation of testing steps.
  • Grooming and refining the Salesforce product backlog in liaison with Salesforce SMEs.
  • Supervising the configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of Salesforce.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in a solution and technical design role in delivering Salesforce projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and interactive when online.
  • Minimum Salesforce certified in Administrator, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Field Services, and Financial Service Cloud.
  • Proactive personality with a can-do attitude, excellent relationship-building skills, and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to tailor communication to multiple audiences, self-starter experienced in leading projects or delivery work streams, and outstanding written communication skills.
  • Strategic approach to solution design with proven ability to develop and execute tactical plans to support the strategy.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/Postgraduate degree or professional qualification in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, Finance, or a similar field of study.
  • Salesforce Architecture certifications.
  • Active in the Salesforce community.
