Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist with 1–2 years of hands-on experience to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid ads.
- Manage and optimize company presence on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
- Create and curate engaging content for blogs, posts, and newsletters.
- Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and prepare reports.
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page/off-page SEO best practices.
- Coordinate with the design and sales team to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools to suggest improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Good understanding of SEO, Google Ads, social media campaigns, and email marketing tools.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
