Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect specializing in the fabrication industry for a mid-level position at our Hyderabad location. The ideal candidate will have between 4 to 6 years of relevant experience. This role requires the candidate to possess strong project management skills along with expertise in lean manufacturing techniques and steel structure design. Qualifications and Skills Proven experience in project management, essential for leading and overseeing architecture projects effectively (Mandatory skill). Expertise in lean manufacturing techniques, crucial for improving efficiency and reducing waste in the fabrication process (Mandatory skill). Proficient in steel structure design, necessary for creating robust and reliable architectural designs (Mandatory skill). Proficiency in AutoCAD is required to produce detailed drawings and plans efficiently. Experience with Revit is necessary for creating precise architectural designs and models. Ability to develop and manipulate 3D models to better visualize project outcomes. Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) processes to enhance project delivery and collaboration. Understanding of sustainability assessment for creating eco-friendly and sustainable design solutions. Roles and Responsibilities Lead and oversee the design and fabrication of architectural projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications. Utilize project management skills to manage timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively. Implement lean manufacturing techniques to optimize production processes and improve efficiency. Design steel structures that meet safety standards and are structurally sound. Collaborate with engineers and other architects to ensure designs are technically feasible and compliant. Develop detailed architectural plans and drawings using AutoCAD and Revit software. Engage in sustainability assessment to ensure projects are environmentally friendly and meet sustainability goals. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to continually improve design and fabrication processes.
