We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Administrator to join our human resources team. As an HR Administrator, you will provide administrative support in recruitment, employee data management, benefits administration, and other HR-related tasks.
_Responsibilities:_
- Manage employee data, including personnel records and benefits information
- Assist in recruitment, including scheduling interviews and processing new hire paperwork
- Coordinate benefits administration, including health insurance and retirement plans
- Process employee leaves and time-off requests
- Maintain compliance with HR-related regulations and laws
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives
- Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards
_Requirements:_
- 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or related fields
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, human resources)
