Job Overview :


We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our team in India, responsible for the sale and promotion of MACSA’s textile machinery , specifically in the denim sector. This role requires a blend of technical understanding and sales expertise to drive the success of our textile division.


Key Responsibilities :


  • Lead sales efforts for MACSA’s textile machines , focusing on the denim industry across India.
  • Collaborate with the global and local teams to develop sales strategies and ensure product alignment with market needs.
  • Manage client relationships, providing expert advice on technical solutions tailored to customer requirements.
  • Oversee product demonstrations and ensure customers understand the benefits of MACSA’s solutions for denim.
  • Identify and target potential clients in the textile industry to expand market presence.
  • Provide training and support to customers regarding the operation, maintenance, and optimization of MACSA’s textile machinery.


Qualifications :


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. A Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the textile industry , preferably with a focus on denim products or textile machinery.
  • Proven track record in sales and product management , with a strong understanding of technical machinery and industrial solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across India (and occasionally abroad) for client visits, product demonstrations, and training.
  • Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of regional languages is an asset.
