About the Role:

Designoweb Technologies is seeking a
Social Media Executive
with strong expertise in
technical content marketing and LinkedIn campaigns
. The role will focus on creating impactful strategies that showcase our technical capabilities, drive B2B engagement, and position us as a leader in software development and digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy & Execution:
    Develop and implement social media calendars with a strong focus on
    technical topics
    (e.g., software development, product engineering, app development, emerging technologies).
  • Creative Assets:
    Collaborate with designers to create
    technical postures, infographics, and videos
    that simplify complex concepts for digital platforms.
  • Campaign Management:
    Plan and run
    LinkedIn campaigns
    (lead generation, employer branding, thought leadership) tailored to the IT services industry.
  • Community Engagement:
    Grow and manage LinkedIn followers, engage in relevant groups, and position the brand as a thought leader in the
    technology space
    .
  • Performance Tracking:
    Monitor analytics, track KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions), and prepare reports with insights for improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Work with HR for employer branding, Business Development for lead generation campaigns, and Tech Teams to ensure
    content accuracy and relevance
    .
  • Trend Spotting:
    Stay up to date with technology trends, social media tools, and LinkedIn algorithms to optimize visibility.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of proven experience in
    technical social media marketing
    with a focus on LinkedIn.
  • Strong knowledge of
    B2B and IT service marketing
    .
  • Ability to convert technical content into engaging posts, case studies, and campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with
    social media management tools
    and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent copywriting skills, especially in
    technical domains
    .
