You will be joining a highly professional and dedicated team of recruiters and will gain insight into, knowledge of, and hands-on experience in the recruitment.You will be part of every aspect of our recruitment operations from start to finish.The role will involve identifying, screening, recruiting new job applicants, employee orientations with opportunity for developing and refining systems.Job Type: InternshipDuration: 3 MonthsLocation:Bangalore.Academic Qualification:MBA (HR & Marketing)Tasks & Responsibilities:Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteriaPlacing job postings on all relevant platformsAssist the recruiters with sourcing and scheduling candidates for interviewsSource potential candidates from various online channels (e.G. LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, etc.)Screen incoming resumes and application formsManaging historical & current applicant documentationTaking part in interviewsDeveloping network of suitable candidates by networking with various institutions and social mediaMaintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationGenerate Recruiting Statistics reports and other report that may be neededResearching different recruiting channels to discover diverse pool of new candidatesDesired Skills and Knowledge:Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skillsAbility to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of rolesProactive and independent with the ability to take initiativesExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlinesExcellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skillsCompetence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organisationPlease Note: This is a full-time Internship based in Bangalore and will require you to work from the officeWebsite:
