Role Overview

We’re seeking a passionate and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our digital marketing efforts.   • Consistency: Ensure brand content consistency across all touchpoints, including the website, social media, packaging, print, and digital platforms.
  • Global Positioning: Develop comprehensive branding activities that strengthen The Good Custom’s positioning and expand the brand community globally.


International Affiliate Program Management

  • Affiliate Strategy: Develop and manage an international affiliate program that aligns with the Brand's global growth objectives. This includes identifying, recruiting, and onboarding strategic affiliate partners across key markets.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of affiliate partners, optimizing strategies based on data-driven insights to maximize ROI and achieve targeted sales growth.
  • Affiliate Relationships: Build and nurture strong relationships with international affiliates, providing them with the necessary tools, resources, and support to effectively promote the brand.


On-Page and Off-Page SEO Optimization

  • SEO Strategy Development: Lead the development and execution of on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance The Good Custom’s online visibility and search engine rankings globally.
  • On-Page SEO: Optimize website content, metadata, and internal linking structures to ensure search engine compliance and improve user experience.
  • Off-Page SEO & Backlinking: Develop and execute backlinking strategies, including the acquisition of high-quality backlinks from reputable international websites, to boost domain authority and search rankings.


Social Media Marketing

  • Social Media Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive social media marketing strategy that aligns with The Good Custom’s brand values and engages our global audience.
  • Content Creation & Management: Oversee the creation and curation of content for all social media platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and visual aesthetics across all channels.
  • Engagement & Community Building: Foster strong online communities by actively engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and promoting user-generated content.


International Partnership Formation

  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify, establish, and manage international partnerships with luxury brands, influencers, and industry leaders to expand The Good Custom’s global footprint.
  • Collaboration Opportunities: Collaborate with international partners to create co-branded marketing campaigns, exclusive collections, and events that resonate with global audiences.
  • Negotiations & Agreements: Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms that align with The Good Custom’s brand values and growth objectives.


Campaign Development and Execution

  • Dynamic Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns across various digital channels, tailored to different target audiences and promoting the Brand's values and products.
  • Creative Strategy: Collaborate with the creative team to design compelling campaigns that align with our brand ethos and resonate with our audience.
  • Content Optimization: Ensure top positioning of our products and brand in digital channels, including social media, newsletters, and our website, by optimizing content for maximum impact.


Performance Marketing

  • Campaign Development: Lead the development and execution of performance marketing campaigns, including paid search, display advertising, and social media ads, to drive traffic, conversions, and brand awareness.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights, A/B testing, and other methodologies to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Provide detailed reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.


Digital Advertising

  • Campaign Management: Create, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor ad performance, implement A/B testing, and adjust strategies to improve ROI, ensuring that our digital efforts are cost-effective and impactful.


Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze marketing data to gain insights into campaign performance, audience engagement, and conversion rates, contributing to data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaboration with Tech Team: Work closely with the tech team to facilitate audience data analysis, performance tracking, and continuous optimization of digital strategies.

Job Requirements and Skills

  • Experience: Proven experience in Digital Marketing in the luxury, fashion, or design industry. 5+ years of experience in brand management.
  • Affiliate Program Management: Experience in managing international affiliate programs, including recruitment, performance monitoring, and relationship management.
  • SEO Expertise: In-depth knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO strategies, with a strong track record of improving search engine rankings and online visibility.
  • Partnership Development: Demonstrated ability to form and manage international partnerships, with experience in negotiating and executing co-branded campaigns and initiatives.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to understand client lifestyles and requirements, with experience in convincing and converting clients to close deals.
  • Business Development: Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, relationship building, and collaborations.
