Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. Job Brief:

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Associate to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and should have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable growth of the company through boosting and pitching to brands and companies and forging strong relationships.


Key Responsibilities:


Attract New Business: Responsible for attracting new business and the growth of the customer base.

Revenue Generation: Ensure sufficient revenue is generated for the company by establishing good relations with existing clients.


Lead Generation: Generate leads and close your own pipeline of business.


Target Achievement: Achieve agreed revenue and margin targets.


Business Relationships: Develop new business relationships with top brands and companies.


Business Proposals: Write compelling business proposals.


Client Pitching: Pitch business proposals to clients, negotiate, and close deals.


Reporting: Responsible for achieving targets, lead conversion metrics, and directly reporting to founders.


Skill Set:


Industry Experience: Experience in Advertising, Hospitality, or Marketing Industry.


Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or related field.


Communication Skills: Well-developed written and verbal communication skills are must-haves for professionals who work in this field.


Organizational Skills: Professionals must be comfortable juggling numerous clients, on- and off-site meetings, and deadlines. Developing goals for business growth and ensuring they are met.


Time-Management Skills: Business development associates must understand how to prioritize their time. Individuals must be comfortable managing a calendar and adjusting their schedule as needed.


Technical Skills: Aspiring business development associates must have basic technical and computer skills to track leads and client calls and document each prospect's business cycle. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint and presentation skills.


Drive and Self-Motivation: The most successful business development associates are goal-oriented and career-driven. Professionals must have the drive and motivation to push themselves to succeed. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle pressure.
