KYC Team Lead - Customer Delight TeamResponsibilities:Reviewing and assessing documentation regarding potential new clientsEvaluating high-risk accountsMonitoring customer behaviour patterns within the firmAnalysing risk and compliance issues of new product proposalsManage team calibration with Quality Control (QC) to close the feedback loop on quality-checked records and make corrections to KYC record.Work with Management to implement process improvements (coach and training staff) that are developedWork with Management to implement process improvements that are developedChecking and providing approval of work conducted by junior team membersPerforms independent check of KYCLiaise with internal/external stakeholders to provide exception management reporting & MISAssist in the development and implementation of a centralized KYC/AML ownership protocol; and,Develop strong working relationships with the RMs
