Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming sales inquiries via email, phone, and website leads. Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and follow-up for closures. Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely deliveries and billing. Maintain and update CRM systems and sales databases . Support field sales team by scheduling meetings, follow-ups , and sending product brochures or technical documents. Process sales orders and coordinate dispatch activities. Address customer queries related to products, prices, and availability. Assist in generating weekly/monthly sales reports for internal review. Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and complaints for continuous improvement. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree (B.Com / BBA / BA / Any graduate; MBA preferred but not mandatory). 13 years of experience in internal sales, telesales, or customer support. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM or ERP software is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
