Job Details

We're looking for an experienced developer to join our growing CRM team. The CRM Developer will be responsible for the development, customization, and integration of customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, notably Salesforce. You'll work closely with various stakeholders, including business users, IT staff, and external vendors, ensuring CRM systems are fully optimized.Responsibilities:Design and customize CRM applications to support business processes, ensuring scalability and integration with other applications using APIs.Create and maintain efficient, reliable code in Apex and Visualforce, managing deployments and performing rigorous testing.Address and resolve bugs, optimizing Salesforce application performance.Implement data governance and ensure compliance with security best practices.Stay updated with Salesforce trends and innovations, continuously enhancing platform capabilities.Mentoring and coaching junior developers.Requirements:Proficiency in Salesforce development, including customization and configuration.Strong programming skills in JavaScript, Java (Core Java 8+), Spring Framework, and HTML.Experience with SOAP and REST APIs, APEX programming, and Lightning Web Components.Understanding of OOP, design patterns, Agile methodologies, and coding best practices.Ability to manage multiple projects with a detail-oriented approach and high standards for quality.Excellent communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration and technical solution translation.Additional Qualifications:5+ years of experience in CRM development, with a strong preference for multiple platform expertise (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SugarCRM).Familiarity with integration tools (Dell Boomi, MuleSoft) and relational databases is beneficial.Interest in automation, business process improvement, and creating impactful solutions is advantageous.All Technementals Innovation India Private Limited employees must be eligible to work in India.
