Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for a Lead Salesforce Developer located in Chennai. The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. The candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient, and high-performing Salesforce applications.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Designing and implementing Salesforce solutions based on business requirements and best practices.
  • Developing custom Salesforce applications, components, and integrations using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other relevant technologies.
  • Configuring and customizing Salesforce features, including workflows, process builder, validation rules, and security settings.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements and propose effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.


Skills Required:

  • Minimum of 6+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, including customization, configuration, and integration.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, SOSL, and other Salesforce development tools and technologies.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Lightning Web Components framework.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and other integration tools.
  • Salesforce Developer certification (Platform Developer I or II) is highly preferred.
  • Good knowledge of JavaScript and C# language.
