Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Product Owner Cash ISO

In this role, you will be responsible for driving collaborative solutioning sessions with key stakeholders, validating proposed solutions, and ensuring seamless execution. With expertise in Payments Operations and agile methodologies, you'll lead the creation of detailed user stories and facilitate effective communication between development, testing, and business teams.

Responsibilities

1.Partner with Channels PO to run solutioning sessions/ discussions with key channels stakeholders, regional DCDA teams and partner systems tech stakeholders

2.Perform impact assessment with recommended solutions and subsequent user stories

3.Partner with delivery teams to validate the solution and finalise the functional contracts with interface/ partner systems

4.Present detailed solution and user stories with required stakeholders, groom user stories with Dev, Testing and PSS teams

5.Review and validate the Test cases for execution, support performance testing IJAT / IJVT / PVR for the business live

6.End to end working knowledge in Payments Operations and Processes, Industry Practices

7.Experience in handling IS020022, CBPR+ and/ or MEPS+.

Preferred Qualifications

·Good understanding of the product development lifecycle using Agile Methodology and relevant prior experience in drafting vision statements, epics, and user stories, use case documents, solution papers, business workflow documents and high-level functional flows.

·Deep understanding of the corporate banking domain with a profound ability to conceive and design end-to-end product flows, define interface requirements, identify relevant operational processes, and clearly articulate these flows and processes to the relevant business and technology workgroups.
