
API Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships in Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Turkey, and other ROW markets
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders API & intermediate sales in
· Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and profitability targets
· Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, quality) to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
· Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes affecting API sales Drive sales target achievement for the assigned region & identify business opportunities and devise marketing strategies to expand customer base, increase market share, and drive revenue growth.
· Manage key customer accounts and engage with key customers to maintain healthy long-term relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction by achieving delivery and service quality norms to build organization's brand value.
· Market intelligence Gather changing customer and market needs, competitor activity, and industry best practices that can be emulated.
· Work with cross-functional teams such as regulatory, finance, quality etc to drive customer relationship management, query resolution, documentation, approvals required, follow ups for payments.
· Coordinate with other departments to plan orders, share inputs on capacity planning, and timely product delivery to fulfil customer requirements while ensuring adherence to state and country-level regulations.
Business Development & Strategy:
· Mapping internal API product portfolio to identify key products to promote for each potential key customer.
· Connect with potential customers and pitch products, explore new opportunities, lead price negotiations and evaluate deals as per customer requirements
· Understanding API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) market for countries assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements:
· years of experience in API sales, preferably with trading companies or manufacturers
· Proven track record of sales growth in international markets, particularly in Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, and other ROW markets
· Strong network and relationships with key industry players
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Knowledge of API regulations, quality standards, and market trends
