**Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Ahmedabad

Industry: Construction / Infrastructure / Civil Engineering

Experience Required: 2 to 3 Years

Reporting To: Project Head / Managing Director
Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Manager with 2–3 years of experience, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry, to manage site-based HR operations. This role requires someone who can efficiently handle attendance, compliance, labour coordination, recruitment, and basic HR functions across multiple project locations.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding**

  • Coordinate hiring of workers, site supervisors, and office staff.
  • Facilitate joining formalities and maintain employee records.
  • Track and report site-wise manpower status.

Site HR & Attendance

  • Maintain daily attendance records (manual/biometric) in coordination with site teams.
  • Prepare and verify contractor attendance and wage registers.
  • Regularly update employee attendance data for payroll input.

Labour Compliance & Documentation

  • Maintain all statutory records as per labour laws (PF, ESIC, CLRA).
  • Coordinate ESIC/PF registration and documentation for workers.
  • Assist during compliance audits and labour inspector visits.

Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling

  • Address worker grievances in coordination with site leadership.
  • Conduct basic induction, orientation, and safety briefings.
  • Oversee uniform distribution, ID card issuance, and site logistics.

Payroll Support

  • Compile monthly attendance and overtime data for payroll processing.
  • Maintain leave, holidays, and overtime registers.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline; MBA (HR) or MSW preferred.
  • Experience: 2–3 years in HR, preferably in construction, infrastructure, or manufacturing industries.

Key Skills Required

  • On-site HR operations handling
  • Labour compliance knowledge (PF, ESIC, CLRA, etc.)
  • Attendance and wage register management
  • Good command of MS Excel and report generation
  • Strong communication and team coordination skills
  • Ability to handle multi-location HR tasks
