Job Description

Requisite Skills:

Must have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in sales. Must have experience with MNC in medical device / pharma. Should have excellent grasping capability, ability to connect up with the customers on latest trends, clinicals etc. Demonstrates competence in acquiring, interpreting and communicating information. Presents ideas clearly in written and verbal forms.

Responsibilities:

Consistently meets the day-to-day demands of the job in a compliant way. Deliver sales targets month on month basis. Implement sales processes and procedures that are aligned with the company's overall sales strategy. Manage and develop Kols. Drive marketing activities, participate in conferences, attend OTs, train surgeons. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities and threats. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance and market trends. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Manage account receivables as per the company’s policy.
