Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a presentable personality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls while maintaining a polite and professional tone.
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate meetings for clients and management.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Handle inquiries from clients regarding property listings and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Assist in maintaining and updating client databases and records.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary materials (e.g., brochures, property listings, office supplies).
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and courier deliveries.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Support HR and administrative teams in organizing company events and meetings.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline; diploma/certification in front office management is a plus.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role, preferably in real estate or hospitality.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
- Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
