The Patient Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact between patients and the office, ensuring seamless communication, follow-ups, and coordination throughout the treatment process. This is a non-clinical role , where all interactions with patients will be handled via phone calls, emails, or other digital platforms . The role focuses on enhancing patient satisfaction, converting inquiries into consultations, and ensuring long-term patient engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Patient Coordination : Manage inquiries, schedule appointments, and educate patients about treatments and payment options over phone calls.
  • Follow-Up & Retention : Ensure patients attend appointments, resolve concerns, and encourage continued care through regular follow-ups.
  • Lead Conversion : Follow up on leads, explain treatments, and convert inquiries into consultations remotely.
  • Patient Records : Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems with patient interactions and feedback.
  • Marketing Support : Assist with campaigns, nurture leads, and provide insights on patient preferences to improve engagement.
  • Communication : Act as a bridge between patients, clinic staff, and labs to ensure smooth coordination and operations.
