Design Leadership

Role Requirements

10+ years of experience in brand design and visual identity management, in the B2B technology sector . Proven track record of leading successful brand visual identity initiatives. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of B2B brand design projects in the technology and/or IT services domain Bachelor's degree in design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proficiency in design software and tools – Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strategic thinker with a keen understanding of market trends. Ability to lead and inspire a design team. Deep expertise of UI and UX best practices and trends Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand visual identity consistency. Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
