About the Role: If you are looking for the next step in your career, Mader Group's Infrastructure Maintenance Division are seeking a highly motivated Administrator to join our WA Infrastructure division. This role is open to experienced administrators with the right attitude. You will join a positive & high energy supportive team environment with potential to progress in your career. Monday - Friday hours, 7.30am - 4.00pm Full-Time position based at out Perth Airport Head Office, free parking provided. Full training provided, excellent opportunity to start your career within the Mining industry What the role will include: Previous Administrator experience (Ideally in a mining or similar industry) Site Mobilisation of personnel including training organisation Payroll / Timesheet processing Travel bookings including flights & accommodation Uniform ordering Invoicing & monthly reconciliation General office administration & data entry duties What are we looking for? Good attention to detail with written & verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills Confidence & maturity to liaise professionally with staff, management, clients & customers Good organisational & time management skills Friendly & helpful work ethic with a positive outlook Ability to multi-task & set priorities Intermediate Microsoft office skills Must have a valid Australian Drivers Licence What makes Mader different?
