Job Duties and Responsibilities

Designation- Cybersecurity Engineer

Job Location- Dana India Technical Centre Pvt.Ltd. 279, Raisoni Industrial Park, Phase-II Hinjewadi Pune -411057.

We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Engineer to lead the implementation, administration, and enhancement of the CrowdStrike platform within our organization. This role requires comprehensive knowledge across CrowdStrike's product suite, with a primary focus on Endpoint Detection & Response, Identity Threat Detection & Response, Cloud Security, Workflow Automation, and Falcon Complete managed response services.

 RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement, administer, and optimize the CrowdStrike platform to meet organizational security objectives.

• Collaborate with SOC analysts, IT administrators, cybersecurity architects, and CrowdStrike account representatives.

• Maintain and update relevant documentation, standards, policies, and procedures related to CrowdStrike implementations.

• Drive the maturity and effectiveness of CrowdStrike capabilities across the organization

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.

• Three years of hands-on experience in deploying, configuring, and managing CrowdStrike products.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and accomplish tasks efficiently.

• Understanding of SIEM and SOAR platforms and their integration with CrowdStrike products.

• Proficiency in writing automation scripts using PowerShell and Python.

• Relevant industry certifications such as CompTIA Security+.

• CrowdStrike-specific certifications (e.g., CCFA, CCIS, CCCS) are highly desirable. Additional skills:

• Must have good written and verbal communication skills. • Attention to detail and great organizational skills.

• Good interpersonal, and organizational skills, as well as phone and customer service skills.

• Ability to maintain focus while performing in depth log analysis. This position will be based in India.

The candidate must be flexible to work an adjusted schedule to accommodate overlapping hours with the primary team located in Michigan/Ohio, United States. Additional Information: • Experience in a similar role focused on CrowdStrike implementations is advantageous. • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking. • Willingness to adapt to evolving cybersecurity threats and technologies
