Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant

Experience: 6-8 Years

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant with 6-8 years of experience to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle Fusion Application SCM, having independently led multiple end-to-end implementation lifecycles and support activities. This role requires expertise in gathering and documenting business requirements, functional documentation, setup documents, test scripts, and training materials, as well as performing fit-gap analysis, functional configuration, testing, and training.

The candidate should possess strong collaboration skills and have the ability to work with different tracks and teams. In-depth knowledge of Supply Chain Management Modules such as Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Warehouse Management, Contracts, and Supplier Portal is essential to provide comprehensive solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead and support the Business Team throughout the implementation and support phases.

- Demonstrate expert-level knowledge in Oracle Fusion Cloud Application SCM Modules including Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Warehouse Management, Contracts, and Supplier Portal.

- Collaborate effectively with different tracks and teams to provide holistic solutions.

- Gather and document business requirements, functional documentation, setup documents, test scripts, and training materials.

- Perform fit-gap analysis, functional configuration, testing, and training activities.

- Utilize deep knowledge of Supply Chain domain to enhance project outcomes and deliverables.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.

- 6-8 years of experience as an Oracle Fusion Application SCM Consultant.

- Proven track record of independently leading 2-3 end-to-end Oracle Cloud SCM implementation lifecycles and support activities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
