As Senior Finance Manager at Eka you will be responsible for developing financial plans, oversee financial budgeting, forecasting for the business as well as assist in the preparation of capital budgets for the business units.
Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Lead the Accounting and Business Finance function.
  • Preparation of Revenue Budget, Cost Budget and Capex Budget.
  • MIS reporting, Analysis on variance with Budget & Past performance
  • Monitoring Key KPIs and providing analytical support to Business team
  • Revenue assurance and forecast by project/business & variance analysis
  • Project cost control, Project resource deployment analysis & Invoicing follow up
  • Profitability analysis project/function/business wise & comparison with Budget
  • Cost forecast, Regular Cost monitoring, Cost control & reporting to all stakeholder about deviations, Cashflow  management
  • Tracking New Business, Interaction with sales Rep for deal forecast
  • Monitoring Sales efficiency and ROI, Pipeline analysis
  • Financial modelling, Cost & Utilization Model
  • Experience in Strategic Mergers, Fund raising, Corporate Finance is added advantage.
  • Ensure entries in the general ledger are complete and accurate
  • Monthly sub-ledger to general ledger reconciliation for AP
  • Improve overall financial reporting by streamlining control processes and reporting structures.
  • Monthly consolidation process in ERP.
  • Monthly IFRS financial statements and balance sheet schedules are prepared.
  • To prepare intercompany aging report and intercompany balances report.
  • To prepare direct and indirect tax schedules and reconciliation on a monthly rest.
  • To prepare Quarterly and Annual financial statements on a timely basis.
  • Monthly reconciliation of share capital in the subsidiary and investment in the books of Parent company.
  • Other income report and explanation for variance.
  • Review Fund position file.
  • Co-ordinate with auditors to complete the audits.
  • Co-ordinate with Internal auditors.
  • Ensure group tax efficiency by collaborating with tax consultants.
  • Adhere to prevailing Group’s ISMS policies and procedures while delivering the duties

Education and Experience:
  • Must be a qualified CA
  • 5+ years of multi-faceted Post CA experience in Finance and Business Finance.
  • IFRS/Ind AS knowledge will be a pre-requisite.
  • Knowledge of Oracle EBS will be an added advantage
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional areas in the business
  • Strategic thinking, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Superior, proficient use of excel.
