About the Role

Hiring for Web Operations Support Specialist

General Shifts

At least 3 years of experience in an operations or technical support role, in a web development environment.

Experience with ticketing systems, such as ServiceNow

Strong understanding of web development technologies, including CMS operations, Customer Account and Identity Management, Web development, and Search applications .

Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve incidents, changes, and maintenance requests using ServiceNow, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Perform first-level analysis of tickets to determine the root cause of incidents, changes, or maintenance requests.
  • Collaborate with Technical Service Owners, Product Owners and Business Stakeholders to resolve incidents, changes, and maintenance requests, ensuring that issues are properly documented and escalated as needed.
  • Provide second-level support for complex technical issues. Analyzing and troubleshooting technical problems and escalating issues to third-level support as needed.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of web development operations, (including CMS operations, Customer Account and Identity Management, Web development and Search applications)
  • Provide technical guidance and support to Technical Service Owners and Product Owners on web development-related issues.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of web development operations.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of web development operations, including technical guides, process documents, and knowledge base articles.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members in an international team using agile methodologies (Scrum) and utilize tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Required Skills

  • At least 3 years of experience in an operations or technical support role, in a web development environment.
  • Experience with ticketing systems, such as ServiceNow.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

Strong understanding of web development technologies, including CMS operations, Customer Account and Identity Management, Web development, and Search applications.

Pay range and compensation package

CTC UPTO 14LPA based on Experience & Last CTC
