Job Title: Salesforce Omnistudio Developer

Job Summary: As a Salesforce Omnistudio Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Salesforce Omnistudio and related technologies. Your expertise will contribute to building scalable and efficient applications that align with our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop applications using Salesforce Omnistudio, including FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors.- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Create and maintain technical documentation, ensuring best practices are followed.- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration tools.- Optimize existing processes and workflows to improve system performance and user experience.- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues as needed.- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates and enhancements, particularly in the Omnistudio suite.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development with at least 1 year specifically in Salesforce Omnistudio (formerly Vlocity).- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Lightning Components, Apex, and Visualforce.- Proficiency in developing FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors.- Experience with RESTful web services and Salesforce data integration tools.- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Platform Developer I/II or Omnistudio Developer Certification, are highly preferred.- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
