  • Administer Employee Benefits and Provide monthly inputs for Payroll processing
  • Play critical role in Designing and Developing C&B Policies
  • Implement Comp & Ben processes which support and align with the business's needs and strategy
  • Conduct C&B audits and implement necessary controls to fix the gaps
  • Handle C&B processes like Salary Planning, Bonus Planning, New Benefits introduction
  • Analyze Compensation Report against Market Trends and proposes necessary recommendation
  • Execute Salary Surveys and Compensation Benchmarking process
  • Responsible in ensuring that the compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation
  • Liaise with internal & external team members and stake holders, Provide analysis and reports to the Global team on compensation and benefits programs as required
